Ketogenic Recipe No 1
Sprout Salad
Ingredients:
- Broccoli Sprouts
- One to Three Avocado's
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Sea Salt
Ketogenic Recipe No 2
Guacamole with Brocolli
Ingredients:
- Broccoli
- Broccoli Sprouts
- Cilantro
- Onion
- Garlic
- Cayenne Pepper or Jalapeño Pepper
- One to Three Avocado's
- Lime
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Sea Salt
Add avocado along with cilantro, onion and garlic to food processor. Squeeze on whole lime in or apple cider vinegar. Add some broccoli sprouts.
Blend for 5 minutes and apply sea salt.
Eat with cutup Broccoli.
