Ketogenic Recipe No 1

Sprout Salad


Ingredients:

  1. Broccoli Sprouts
  2. One to Three Avocado's
  3. Apple Cider Vinegar
  4. Sea Salt
Cut Avocado's into small pieces. Add a large hand full of sprouts. Add a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and some sea salt.

Ketogenic Recipe No 2

Guacamole with Brocolli


Ingredients:

  1. Broccoli
  2. Broccoli Sprouts
  3. Cilantro
  4. Onion
  5. Garlic
  6. Cayenne Pepper or Jalapeño Pepper
  7. One to Three Avocado's
  8. Lime
  9. Apple Cider Vinegar
  10. Sea Salt

Add avocado along with cilantro, onion and garlic to food processor. Squeeze on whole lime in or apple cider vinegar. Add some broccoli sprouts. 
Blend for 5 minutes and apply sea salt.

Eat with cutup Broccoli.
